We have had a rather protracted sale, with the ‘Stamp date holiday’ impacting on the urgency & time frame. The team have been supportive throughout, from the valuation, the house viewings with the adherence of COVID rules. The excellent skills of Matt Baker who negotiated the price paid, with Melanie France keeping us informed until exchange & completion. It is evident that the team has remained extremely professional under extreme housing market pressures.
