Very helpful
We bought and sold a house through Sheridans. It was a complicated process but Sheridans and in particular Tamara were great. Despite market uncertainty
I was initially recommended Sheridans Estate agents by a personal friend who has many years of experience buying & selling BTL. As most of us know, the housing market has faced its own challenges in the past 12 months+ with plenty of uncertainty for vendors and buyers alike. Despite these headwinds I was supported along the way by the team in the Bury office who listened to my queries and concerns and acted accordingly. Outstanding professional service
I mainly dealt with Kathryn Driscoll on the sale of my property. From the moment I met her, she was extremely friendly and very professional with a lovely sense of familiarity. Nothing was a problem and she always had time to explain and reassure all the stages of the sale. Her service went above and beyond the norm and I felt in safe hands throughout the sale, even up to the last exchange and completion when things were quite manic. The whole Team at Sheridans were so friendly and compassionate and I cannot thank them enough. In what is one of the most stressful things in life, moving house, I cannot recommend Sheridans enough. Sheridans made the process of buying my new property as simple as was possible. Selling and purchasing.
In the last 8 months I was faced with the unenviable task of selling my house, and finding/buying a family home. Selling my property through Sheridans (BSE) was a process made decidedly more easy and stress free due to their communication and understanding. At all times, any questions or worries I did have, were quickly and professionally satisfied. My partner and I then found our dream family home being sold via Sheridans (BSE) and again the purchasing of this property was made so much easier, almost straightforward, with the guidance of the Sheridans team. Fantastic friendly service
Tim and his team did a fantastic job selling our property. Whenever I phoned, I always got a friendly human at the end of the line, no pressing 1 for this or 2 for that! Once we had sold, which was very swiftly, we were appointed a main point of contact, which for us was Melanie, who kept us informed all along the way..she was brilliant. Two houses sold in 18 months
We used Sheridans to sell our family home and to sell the home of another member of the family. Tim, Matt, Claire, Jo, Kathryn and the rest of the team were absolutely superb from start to finish. Tim loved our Suffolk farm house almost as much as we did. Great preparation before we put it on the market and a sale within three days! The second was more of a sticker but once again a successful sale at a good price came about, thanks to Sheridans' commitment and ability to find the right purchasers, with proper due diligence. Thanks very much.

Teamwork makes it happen
The whole team at Sheridans estate agents in Bury st Edmunds worked together to make my moving home possible, after losing my buyer after 6 weeks they quickly found me another one. My buyers lost there buyer and l was about to give up but with their encouragement and support we got there in the end. I believe they went above and beyond to put everything together, phoning me with any update and liaising with my solicitors to reach an exchange of contracts. Thankyou again and if l did move again ( highly unlikely l would certainly use them.

PERFECT SERVICE
We sold a listed building with lots of complications. The buyer was (to us) unpredictable - but our main point of contact, Bella, dealt with all the issues with incredible deftness, professionalism and a sense of humour. Matt, Kathryn, Tim and Jo were also magnificently professional and gracious. Once you accept an offer, there's a tendency to think 'oh that's done.' It so isn't. Your buyer and their solicitor may present you will a whole range of issues as the sale progresses. Our sale was a test case of why you need informed, professional agents. I can honestly say that had we gone with Purple Bricks or any other agent, the sale would certainly not have happened. We're so grateful. If you want people who will simply take care of everything and always look after your interests, Sheridans are who you want to go with.

Selling of a town centre house in Bury St Edmunds
I used Sheridans to sell my town center property. I was impressed from the start with them, professional at all times, friendly and that would apply to all the staff there. The individual who personally dealt with my sale was super cool and somehow possessed the ability to represent the sale in my best interest whilst having the buyer's best interest at heart without comprimising either party's position, yes I was impressed!
