Proceeding from Bury St Edmunds on the A14 in an easterly direction taking the turning to Stowmarket and take the A1308 towards the town centre and across the roundabout onto Gipping Way. Take a left onto Navigation Approach and at the roundabout take the third exit onto Gun Cotton Way, followed by a left onto Lapwing Grove. As you drive along Lapwing Grove there is a side road to the right which leads round to the property.
