This superb individual detached home, with part rendered elevations and part cedar cladding beneath a tiled roof-line, has recently been the subject of a comprehensive refurbishment scheme with extensive works carried out including sympathetic extension, new kitchen and bathroom suites, installation of solar hot water system, new basalt grey double glazed window frames, new plumbing to the property, re-wiring, new soffits, guttering and fascias and new plastering. The property now offers luxurious contemporary design and is finished to the highest specification, offering a deceptive level of beautifully arranged and immaculately presented accommodation.

The accommodation currently in brief comprises: stylish entrance door with side glazing opening to an impressive reception hall displaying a fabulous American white oak and glass staircase rising to the first floor. The stunning kitchen breakfast room is an exceptional space complemented by extensive gloss grey flooring and wall units enhanced by polished granite preparation surfaces, and has been designed with entertaining in mind, being fitted with two quality double ovens, a five ring gas burner hob, coffee machine, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar running centrally across the room and leading to the open plan dining area, with stylish "bi-fold" doors opening to the gardens and decked terraced area, providing additional external seating and entertaining space. There is a useful study and the playroom / family room has a window overlooking the front gardens. The property further benefits from a utility room with fitted units and sink and contains the newly installed oil boiler and "Tempest" solar heating system, plumbing for a washing machine and space for a tumble drier. A personal door leads to the garaging / workshop with electric roller door. The spacious sitting room is a fabulous reception enhanced by two sets of French doors overlooking the rear gardens, and the inset wood burner is a focal point to this light airy room. Furthermore, on the ground floor is a lavish shower room with Travertine tiled walls and flooring, enclosed shower with rainfall head (from a pressurized cylinder), low level wc and wash hand basin.

On the first floor is a striking central square landing providing access to all of the first floor rooms including the wonderful master bedroom, being a gloriously opulent room with French doors leading to a superb steel and glazed balcony creating a wonderful area to sit and enjoy the views of the gardens and undulating countryside beyond. The master bedroom is complemented by a luxurious en-suite bathroom, finished to the same high standard as all the bathrooms with Travertine tiling and luxurious fixtures. There are four further generous bedrooms, all served by a wonderful spacious family bathroom. The front bedrooms benefit from contemporary windows creating a light feel to the rooms whilst overlooking the front gardens. The accommodation is simply fabulous and excellently presented, whilst extending to about 2300 sqft and we, as Agents, would thoroughly recommend an internal inspection in order to fully appreciate both the overall personality and scale of accommodation on offer.

Outside
The property is approached along a sweeping gravel driveway providing extensive vehicle parking and access to the double garage with electric up and over door. The remainder of the front garden is laid to lawn with mature trees shielding the property. The westerly facing rear gardens are a fabulous feature, stocked with an abundance of mature trees, shrubs and edged with fencing and hedges. The decked area provides partly sheltered and pleasant outdoor seating. Beyond the garden are lovely views across undulating countryside.
