Important Information regarding COVID-19

In line with Government instructions, we have now closed our Bury St Edmunds office. We will continue to work remotely from home and can be contacted during normal office hours by email or by calling our usual telephone number.

As you will be aware, in order to stop the spread of the virus, it is vital that people restrict contact with others. For this very important reason, we will not be carrying out any viewings of properties at this time, accompanied or otherwise. For the present time we will simply be taking the details of anyone who would like to view and then arrange appointments once the Government advises it is safe to do so. In the meantime, some of our properties have virtual tours which may assist you. Similarly, we will not be carrying out market appraisals at this time, but will take your details and arrange an appointment once it is safe to do so.

If a sale has already been agreed, we will still continue to check the progress of the transaction on a regular basis and keep you updated.
